Service Projects and Community Ministry |
Central seeks to be a church in the main stream of the Evangelical tradition that teaches people to balance personal spiritual growth and development with acts of mercy, justice and grace.
We engage in ministries for the whole person which we believe are implicit in the gospel message.
We are committed to racial reconciliation, concern for the vulnerable of society, and fairness and justice in economic development.
We cooperate with the Midway coalition of churches.
If you have ideas about projects or new ways that young adults can be involved in reaching out to the community, let us know. shorn@centralbaptistchurch.com |
Recreation
We field teams in Basketball and softball.

|
What do you do?
"Whatever you do, in word or deed do all in the name of the Lord. " Colossians 3:17
Do you have an idea for ministry or do you want to use your skills to serve God and others?
Let us know. We want to empower the young adults in our community to deepen their faith, develop their gifts and send them out into the community to share hope with the world.
