Child Care Playground Fundraiser

Concert is September 22, 2007 at 7:00 p.m.

Child Care is presenting a Mary Beth Carlson concert to raise funds for remodeling the playground into a natural playground. Mary Beth Carlson, composer, performer and recording artist is a former Eden Prairie Teacher of the Year, Minnesota Teacher of the Year Finalist and an Ashland Oil Teacher of Excellence. Much of her original music has been composed in honor of her daughter Jody, who was born with cerebral palsy and autism. She has written and performed music specifically for the International Special Olympics, Arc, Children's Cancer Research Fund, and the Alzheimer's Association. Fortunate to have opportunities to perform for a variety of distinguished audiences, she was particularly honored to have been invited by the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association to present a concert of restoration to guests from forty countries at The Cove in Asheville, NC. You must have a ticket. Tickets are free and will be available September 2, 9 and 16 at the information desk or by calling 651-646-2846/651-646-2751. A freewill offering will be taken. Come and enjoy a dessert buffet during intermission.
