Wednesday Nights @ Central Kids

Wednesday Nights are a great time to meet with families. Join us for super supper, kids programs and parent classes.
Last Wed Night will be May 16th. Families are invited to join us on this night for a fun walk to Aldine Park and a game of kickball.

2011-2012 School Year Wednesday Nights
1st through 6th grade

This year we are taking the words of Apostle Paul in the above verse seriously! We are learning about being followers and leaders for Jesus. Students will travel around the world through the teachings of our missionaries, craft projects, food, and games.
This year on Wednesday nights, the hot spot to be for kids, is the 4.12 Club @ Central Kids. Kids (and parents) today are faced with a lot of choices in the world. From which toys they play with, to what movies they watch, to how they wear their clothes, even who their friends will be are all significant in their development as they grow.
It is the goal of Central Kids to equip children to make good choices that honor God and themselves. Along the way, they will dig deeper into their faith while having a blast! At the 4.12 club, this year we going to learn about loving God and our neighbors. It's going to be a great year with surprises and fun!

| Veggie Connections- Preschool & Kindergarten |

Children must be 4yrs old by September 30th to be in this class.

This year we will be continuing with our preschool and kindergarten Central Kids program with the Veggie Connection!. This fun program will offer music, fun, learning and lots of Veggie Tales silliness to engage your little learner.
The program will run from 6:30 - 8:00 pm, tthe same time as other adult and youth programs on Wednesday nights so your whole family can enjoy fellowship and learning.

| Nursery - Infant & Toddlers |

Children must be registered at nursery and parents must take a pager.
6:30-8:00 pm |

The nursery is open on Wednesday evenings. Children can be checked in at 6:30 pm and must be picked up by 8:00 pm. Our loving volunteer staff will make sure your young one is well cared for and entertained during your activities at Central. Parents must remain in the building and be involved in Wednesday night programming to utilize the nursery.

Join us this Spring and Summer for any one or all of the Family Ministry activities this summer at Central Baptist Church!
April 27 - Family Movie Night - Muppets Movie - Free snacks, movie and fun. Kids can come in their favorite pj's and bring a blanket or pillow.
May 25-27 - Norway Point Family Retreat Weekend - Details TBA.
Every Thursday, 10am- Starting June 28 - Aug 30 -
A.P.P (Active Praying Parents) - A walking club for parents and kids to be active and intentionally praying for each other.
Aug 26 - Family Day at Ham Lake Camp - Come to play before summer ends. Canoes, paddleboats, swimming, hiking, basketball, carpetball... all the good stuff you remember about camp to share as a family. Bring a side dish to share, we'll cookout hotdogs and have the lemonade :) More details closer to the event.
